For me, and of course this a subjective not objective decision, it's Luke and Leia, from RotJ. Admittedly not actually a piece used in the film itself, but the concert arrangement just feels perfect to me, and I really was disappointed that the theme wasn't referenced in RotS at the point of the twins' birth.

I’m not the first to say it but I’ll reiterate Gillian’s Escape from THE FURY. Among dozens upon dozens of incomparable cues over the decades, this one has the same impact on me today that it did in 1978 (also my favorite year in soundtrack history).

I'd have to place these three on a board and throw a dart.

"Night Journeys" from DRACULA

"The Map Room" from RADERS OF THE LOST ARK

"The Asteroid Field" from THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK

These three are each also his #1 best smile

Either 'The End Title' from The Empire strikes back or 'Belly of the Steel Beast' from 'The Last Crusade'.
