Netflix? Do I have to watch this on a freaking computer when it "comes out"?????
I'm sure it will be on a handful of movie screens for Oscar consideration, but if you're outside of a major movie market like L.A., New York or Boston, your chances of seeing it are slim.

We caught an early screening of Vengeance Most Fowl the other night... It was okay. W&G hasn’t had the same subversive bite since their masterpiece, Curse Of The Were-Rabbit, for me.
The animation was as excellent as it has ever been, but at the same time, the slickness of it was sort of the problem, you know? It’s better when it’s a little rough around the edges.
Balfe’s score was okay. It sounded like product. It didn’t sound like Julian Nott was that involved, despite his co-composer credit. Nott would kind of go off and write these big, merry, lyrical bits for certain moments of the short films, and this score doesn’t do that. There’s a hint of that, but it’s not as much fun as the score to Were-Rabbit was. There’s a memorable recurring riff on Cape Fear for Feathers McGraw, but that’s about it.
There's a great song the gnomes sing, which Balfe and Nott are both credited on. That one sounds a bit more like Nott than anything else I caught in the movie.
I regret to report that I agree with JM that this film was lacking. Enough logic prevailed in previous movies that I could forgive certain things. But really, that chair, with the baby harp seal? Yes, I laughed but it I quickly rolled my eyes.
And at a certain point I began wondering if bringing the penguin back really meant anything.
And did someone have to say the film's title out loud? I mean, really.
I could go on. Suffice to say I won't be buying this on dvd.
That said, I did like the eerie march music when the gnomes first appeared en mass.
Watched this the other, night and absolutely loved it. Hasn’t lost its magic for me. Thought the score was good as well, working in the classic theme. Ive been on a bot of a W&G kick recently, rewatching the old ones and listening to the Were-Rabbit soundtrack. I look forward to getting this one when it comes out and having another listen to the score now ive seen it.

I loved this too. Classic W&G and thoroughly entertaining from start to finish!
Best bit of this film - apart from Gromit's expressions - was the moment at the zoo where the penguin supervillain swivels on his Spectre-like chair to be seen stroking - Blofeld style - a white baby seal on his lap. Lol
