From one drafon53's film/TV news/trivia threads yesterday:
LANTERNS---Josh Brolin was offered the starring role of Hal Jordan in the HBO/DC Studios superhero tv series whose synopsis says, “The series follows new recruit John Stewart and Lantern legend Hal Jordan, two intergalactic cops drawn into a dark, earth-based mystery as they investigate a murder in the American heartland.”
No director and not much else is known yet.
The executive producers are all over the place with composer uses. Way too early to know.
