His dates were... 2 December 1931 he was born so age 92 years. Bless her, Edda will be lost.
Giacomo was also older brother of producer, composer and conductor Gianni Dell'Orso Of GDM music.

Giacomo was a composer in his own right, did several italian scores but also was co-composer and orchestrator for singer Nico Fidenco when he first was scoring westerns etc in the 60s. Never always got a credit for lot of essential background work.

I must say I'm not familiar at all with his output as a composer. I actually associate his name only with the arrangements of the LP EDDA'S CLASSICAL MACHINE.

RIP. I think about Edda first. I don't know his film music too. I remember that , in our interviews with Edda and him for the publication Maetsro, he always accompanied his wife and was involved in the answers and the preparation (identification of some tracks without credits). He was kind, and often precise, as he wished to make the best for the nice and long career of his wife. In addition, he gave us some backfground information and anecdotes, not yet published, but which of course will be useful in the near future.
