HARPER was released on CD by Intrada in 2018, so this is not "the first official CD release of this all thrilling cine-jazz masterpiece" as claimed in the product description.
I believe, I may be wrong, that this is the premiere release of the LP on CD.

Pretty sure they're the same, as the track listing is identical and Intrada's PR blurb states "This is the premiere CD release of the soundtrack album to Harper, originally issued on the Mainstream label at the time of the film’s release in 1966."
