As for this album, I'm no Bond buff, but cool to see a fellow Norwegian do something in the film music arena. I've not heard of Brøter before, and I always pride myself in knowing the Norwegian musician community. I'm embarassed.
Sounds ok, but you know what's even better than « re-imagining»; imagining something new which, you may have noticed, is in rather short supply these days.

No Thor, no need to feel embarrassed - Norway is a big country :-) And with musician like Arild Brøter - just feel proud ;-)

You know the names, you know the numbers... of the tracks that Arild Brøter gives us on his CD - but you don't know the sound - Go listen :-)
I've listened at least twice through and have enjoyed it. His love for Barry is on full display and he clearly respected the source material. Some of the tracks were really interesting like combining Moonraker themes with A View to a Kill. Sure you can just go ahead and listen to the scores themselves but this is worth a spin for a different take.
