I'm not certain there is any original scoring in segment one -- I feel like I've heard it all before in prior episodes. The same with segment two; for example, I think the first cue is from a prior Glass or Sauter effort.

Apparently there are different cuts of episodes, and this load -- for example -- uses the end credits from a different cut and leaves off the first segment. I double checked with another load to verify this composer credit. The end credits here, for example not a segment titled "Witches Feast", noted scored by John Lewis (sometimes paired with the below episode, sometimes paired with yet another episode -- the series was really a mess in this regard).

Sauter's score for the first segment is like an earwig; it just sort of quietly works its way in and starts digging. Unusually percussion laden, way more in line with something Billy Goldenberg would have done.

For the final season a new theme is used. No one is credited for the theme, so presumably it's Sauter. It's annoying, too.

Man alive, booorrriiinnnggg. Disregard Rod telling you it's not what you expected and to kept watching. With some creative writing and lots of exposition, this could have been told in ten minutes or less (but still would have been boring as fuck).
And nothing like cutting to a shot to a dead guy who is breathing. A dead guy who suddenly becomes old and grey-skinned, you know, except for his legs. No one really cared at this point in the show, did they? Well, Sauter did.

Like I said, iIn syndication, episodes of "The Sixth Sense" ere edited down and shoved in with this series. I am, of course, not covering those -- I already covered that series:

And that was that for the series. No remakes, no reboots, no re-visionings, not spin-off's, no TV movies.

In 2018 it was reported the Syfy channel had gotten the rights and was planning on remaking/rebooting the series, with Jave Davis and David Janollari as executive producers. To have been produced by Universal TV, where David Janollari Entertainment and Universal Cable Prods. Best I can tell from online searches, the pilot was never made and is apparently dead, with no news passed December, 2018. The new series was purported to be updated for modern times, focusing on technology scares (for example).
