Instead I am making scratch brownies and found a scrumptious recipe for a pecan sauce which will poured over the brownies. . You had me on the brownies, and lost me on the sauce. I guess you listen to John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith at the same time, then???

How about baking soda instead of corn starch in what was originally a delicious beef stew? It was like a science lesson. I did that once. Try bettering me in some other arena, Ed.

On Thanksgiving Day, stuffing, no question about it. For leftovers, I take the bones and leftover turkey meat and turn it into a soup. I am not normally a dark meat fan, but the soup takes away a lot of the gaminess of the dark meat, and I enjoy it in the soup.

Add sausage to rice, stuffing or mac & cheese and I'm a happy camper. Still got plenty in your freezer? Send some over to Ed's place, overnight.

One family tradition I can't live without for Thanksgiving is corn pudding. It's a concoction of fresh corn, eggs, red and green bell pepper, onion and (I know it's weird) saltine crackers. Mix it all up, place it in a baking dish and bake at 350F for one hour. Sounds interestings.
