This is awesome news, so excited that this series is also getting an official album release! "Justice League Unlimited" was just the series name change; the show had an official release from La La Land Records.

I was just an shakeup, same characters as leads, some universe, nothing changed but expanding it and the theme music.

It's not "Similar", it is the same series. Just like "Enterprise" is "Star Trek: Enterprise". Name changes, some expansion, still the same thing. A rose by any other name is still a rose. but that aside, it's great more scoring from the show is happening. Sales of the LLLR set were not that great, thus why we didn't get a second volume. And the show -- why did it have to end -- it was a fantastic show. Well, not so much the additional characters that took time away from the main heroes, but still many shining moments. Snyder? Just wanna vomit in my mouth. THIS is my Justice League.

Loving listening to this release! I've already located and listened to knockout cues from "Fearful Symmetry", "Kid Stuff", "The Return", "Dark Heart", "Wake the Dead" and "The Once and Future Thing part 2". Definitely an iconic release! Also, this is a little pedantic of me, but that’s the wrong Green Lantern character design in the cover. He was clean-shaven with hair in JUSTICE LEAGUE. When the show became JLU, he had a goatee and shaved head. (It’s also the wrong character design for Superman, but that’s easier to overlook. They removed the prominent cheekbones following the first season of JUSTICE LEAGUE — well before the transition to JLU.) I've noticed that the album art for the recent DMP digital W.B./D.C. releases has mirrored that of the art work used for these series (JLU, Batman Beyond, Teen Titans) on the Max streaming service and/or from the DVD releases.

I hadn’t realized that, but I guess it makes sense. WB has always been bad about using the correct artwork (or even using good artwork) for their various animated releases. BUT more importantly, thank you for letting me know about the BATMAN BEYOND soundtracks! I had no idea they existed! If there was a thread about them here, I missed it, and I’m not really tuned in to this sort of thing anywhere else. How exciting! There’s even some Shirley Walker cues in there! Now I wonder if DMP could do digital releases of ADVENTURES OF BATMAN AND ROBIN, further SUPERMAN TAS volumes, and THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES?? I’d still love to get comprehensive CD releases from La La Land someday if WB ever opens up for business again, but in the meantime, I’ll take whatever I can get from those shows via Michael, Christopher, and Lolita!

You're welcome, my friend! Yes, there were threads for Batman Beyond Vols. 1 and 2. Over those two volumes, 23 scores have been released thus far. It's nice that you bring up La-La Land Records: I hope that their TAoB&R release will come out at some point. But yep, being grateful for any and every such release is the right way to go, especially when JLU, Teen Titans and Batman Beyond are awesome!
