Rather than bug the fine folks at LLL, I figured the group here would fire back some previous experience on how the order process stacks up.

I'm not sure where I might be in cue and nothing in my inbox related to the where the order is (except for my PayPal receipt). If I placed/confirmed purchase on November 30th, does that mean my order is now shipping later in December or January? ...trying to just set expectations.

Thanks all!

You might want to change that to 'queue', otherwise you'll get a load of folk asking why you're questioning the disc running order...!!

So, where does the cue called "Gunbarrel" fit in?

I don't think anyone here can answer your question about how La-La Land's despatch process work.

I don't think they necessarily despatch orders in the strict same order that they were placed.

I only think that because sometimes my mates have got their despatch notices before me, when they placed orders after me.

That said, for all I know, that might be because the items are scanned in the reverse order that they are packed.

We just don't know.

However, I'm not overly concerned about the minutiae.

Whatever helps them get the most discs out per day, for the capacity they have, suits me just fine.

I mean, it's not like the variability adds up to days or weeks. It's pretty marginal.

Cheers

I think Stephen is correct. My last LLL order came weeks after other people placed their orders and received their packages first. And I'm talking about people overseas where as i'm just across the country!

Now @ScoreFFan LLL sends e-mail confirmation once the order is placed (have you received this one?) and when it has shipped. It comes from La-La Land Records <info@lalaland-ent.com> and/or La-La Land Employee#<no-reply@stamps.com> - check your trash/spam folder as sometimes the e-mail may be there.

Great news. Moonraker has launched from a secret Amazonian lair run by Drax Corp. Looking forward to hearing it next week! Very exciting and much appreciated for all the hard work that's gone into it.

They're being cleared out of warehouses in Brazil as we speak, and dispatched by Drax Air Freight. Yours will arrive very soon.

Programming the Intro to the End Title dosen't really work as it's repeating again during the End Title song, some might have preferred the intro not mixed with the song but it's only available like that (as heard in the film of course), so for me I left out the intro.

Interesting also to note the film version of Emergency Stop presented without Marines Get Ready, so I needed to create my own track with it included & dispensed with the original version in the main programme.

Talking of Emergency Stop, it was quite hard to hear the music as Bond hits the button as it's drowned out with the SFX - what an astonishing wall of sound - quite incredible.

Also noteworthy is the 007 theme for the boat chase, Barry retired the theme after this rendition, quite fitting is he came up with the definitive version I think.
