I ordered one title (CITY HALL) on May 3rd, got my shipping notice yesterday. Which is a while, but I'm in the UK and maybe the domestic orders took priority?
Varese canceled and refunded my order, unexpectedly, and when I asked why was told "billing address did not match credit card issuer" (what? It most certainly did) and "we are unable to ship to freight-forwarding addresses" (they did this previously with no issues, no idea why they're deciding to do this now)
I live in Canada and have orders sent to a US mailbox (VykingShip) to cut down on shipping costs, I guess Varese won't let me do that anymore. (the extra cost to Canada isn't a huge difference, granted, but not really the point)
Same corporate meddling and bureaucracy that Disney Music Emporium was doing to me before (now that both DME and Varese have their media warehouse in Crozet, VA). Anti-consumer friendly
