Excuse me, but before posting in a public forum, did it ever occur to you to contact La la land directly, either by email or phone to ask him if there was an issue?
That might've been a vastly, more considerate and helpful approach than just coming over here and posting on a public forum.

Who the hell decided to name their kid “La la land”? But seriously, we all know how bad customer support can be, so posting on a public forum isn’t the worst idea in the world, especially because there are probably(!) people on this public forum who buy from La-La Land Records. You need to chill.
I seem to recall that several people were having this problem when the Moonraker album was released a few months back. It could be from high traffic (though for what, I don’t know).
Are you using a PayPal account for your purchase??? I think you can buy from LLL without PayPal, but I could be wrong. (I’ve always used PayPal without a problem.)
