The Holiday Something's Gotta Give It's Complicated Days of Thunder Maybe it is a matter of taste but The Holiday is one of Zimmer's best works of that period. And maybe my personal preference but Days of Thunder is such a thrilling score. I had completely missed Lokutus shitting on Dark Phoenix as a score (I strongly disagree with that). It's a cool John Badham actioner. THIS THREAD IS ABOUT SINGING PRAISE TO GREAT SCORES FOR BAD MOVIES!!! So saying "not that the scores are particularly great" isn't really praising something. Then again, this doesn't surprise anyone I guess.
