Coming this Tuesday a 2cd set coming from Intrada!
Roger has just posted on Facebook.

No idea how to post links.

This is a fantastic score and the perfect companion piece to Robin Hood PoT!!

Prefer the 1973 version by Michel Legrand, sorry. This is still welcome news, though!

This is a fantastic score and the perfect companion piece to Robin Hood PoT!!

Interestingly enough, Michel Legrand also wrote a score for Robin and Marian (1976), a Robin Hood flick, which was rejected in favor of John Barry’s (which is way better, of course). The two scores can be heard together as companion pieces on Universal France album from 2009. I don’t know if anyone has pointed out this parallel before.

Wonderful! More Kamen! Excited to hear this feast of a Kamen score full on. Thank you Intrada for working your magic at Disney.

Great news! Been waiting for this for years. The original album is too short. This is just as good as Kamen`s Robin Hood - Prince of thieves. These two scores are siblings!

Absolutely fantastic news! Loved this score and preffered it to the more popular Robin Hhod one. Looking forward to finally hearing the missing stuff.

Now, that would be worth saying ( yet again) if you were in the library, a police line up, in church or doing your Friday night lap dancing.smile

That's assuming Intrada includes the song...

They didn't include Everything I Do for Robin Hood due song price (even on disc 4, which was "original soundtrack program")
Doubt they'll do it this time.

As the great philosopher René Descartes famously said, “Quod una cantio ob pretium nimium excluditur, non demonstrat omnes cantiones ab omnibus collectionibus excludendas esse; nam libertas contractus et voluntas particularis rationem generalem superat.”

I could do without the song, no problem. Great to see another Kamen score coming.
