Are you name shopping? I say call him "Fellini." Some name suggestions are welcome and may be a bit of fun. Though expect your thoughts to be ignored. And I did say ' she' JP. Unless you meant Federica. * and no one suggest arsehole or gobshite they've been used already.

I usually wait a few days and let her personality come through. It often points me in the right direction.

Congrats on your new piggy Prince. We had 4 over the last 25 years and every one of them was so loved and so delightful. First came Elvis, a long hair black and white Peruvian who required a bath once a week and a haircut every other week. My son saw him at a show where he had just won a blue ribbon. I was a sucker for anything my son wanted when he was little. Mom, how can you say no to a guinea pig with a blue ribbon? Then came Pig Pig. She was a little black Abyssinian who had been dropped on the floor by a child in a local pet store. While buying piggy food, the young clerk came up to me in tears and asked me if I would take this little black piggy home because the store manager was going to feed her to a snake. Of course I said yes. Pig Pig was paralyzed on her right side but was able to eat normally and could scoot around at top speed. She lived a good life and was loved by all. After Pig Pig passed, we took in Patches from a friend whose daughter wanted to replace him with a bunny. Patches was a chow hound who squeaked and popcorned at the sound of the refrigerator door opening and closing. We had taken him in just before the house fire in 2004 and he became a real survivor. The day of the fire, Patches escaped his quarters and we were unable to find him after we were allowed in the house by the Fire Marshall. We were devastated and so sad. Two days after the fire, I got a phone call that the construction crew shoring up the house for clean-up and demo had found a "critter" hiding under the sofa. I rushed over to the house and there was my neighbor holding a soot covered Patches. His all white fur was covered in ash and he was weak but after a few days at the vet, he was fit and lived to be 6 years old. The last piggy we adopted on a whim was another little black Abyssinian we named Clarabelle. This little piggy was also in the fire and suffered smoke inhalation. When rescued from the fire, her cage had been crushed from the wet ceiling coming down but she survived. Her eyes turned blue from corneal damage due to smoke inhalation but she was able to see and lived a happy, comfortable life. Guinea pigs are wonderful pets Prince. I wish you and your new buddy lots of squeaks and popcorns.

Some good stories in there Ed. She's getting to know the place and the rabbit. She runs around like a bullet ,into her hutch, has a mouthful of food , then back out running . She does that repeatedly- til tired . Then goes back to bed. I'm sure she tried to drop kick me yesterday, as she ran past mybopen hand.

Very cute video. Will your "new addition" allow you to pick him up and hold him? Oh yes unless she's not in the mood.
