I just can't get enough of this gem! Williams at his absolute funniest. This cue is exciting and fun.

Great track indeed.
I had it copied on my PC to play while working, along with several other tracks; I'll have to rebuild my collection, though, because my hard drive passed away last year.
Anyway, I found this track went very well with others from scores I got around the same time:
"Attack" (from Poledouris' Quigley Down Under)
and "Escape from the Dragon" (from Gregson-williams & Powell's Shrek)-- in that order, for a nice crescendo.

Yep, a fun theme. But the score as a whole is as cheesy as the film itself. What a turkey! God knows why Williams accepted this assignment inbetween "gigs" like E.T. and RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK and what-have-you...at least he can put an Andy Kaufman film on his resume, for better or worse.

Well, he delivered what the film needed/deserved, didn't he?

I haven't seen it, I must admit.

Maybe he thought it was a fun project? Johnny has a good sense of humour.

This is really one of Williams' most inspired pieces! Listening to it right now... as the OP stated... I just can't get enough of it! smile
