Well, I checked out my disc of HELLBOY after reading this --this time with headphones-- it's fine -- no pops, skips, etc.,! And this is just such excellent music from Marco Beltrami -- I'm sorry to know some dics out there are flawed.

Yeah mine has these 'click problems too. Need headphones to pick up on it though.

Don't expect Varese to ever do another pressing regardless of how widespread this problem may be. I now refer to Varese's quality control as "THE DULCIMER EFFECT." Varese & Mister Townson -- sounds like a production of Sid and Marty Krofft! -- need to go to the Lukas Kendall School of Fine Pressings.

I listened to my copy of the Hellboy cd, and I didn't hear any of the clicks mentioned except on the main title... But I only got it, say, a month ago, so they probably already had it corrected...

Did any one get their copy replaced with a working one?

I'm not crazy about the idea of having to pay to ship them my defective cd.
