A couple of years ago I found one reasonably priced on Amazon UK. I just checked, and they still have copies at a good price. I occasionally find a used copy in LA CD stores. As a matter of fact, I found one earlier this year for around $3 and bought to give to a friend. The letter I wrote to Bennett cited this score as a favorite of mine, and he wrote back (quite a bit later) saying he was quite proud of it. It's worth it, in a sort-of Terry Gilliam sort-of-way: visually interesting, colorful supporting characters. The narrative is a minor attribute.
