Probably the most moving John Williams theme ever. Indeed, his output for the 3 Oliver Stone movies is outstanding. Very odd indeed that this BORN ON THE 4th OF JULY score has never been revisited by any label since its original release 33 years ago.
Well we know Intrada will be releasing a few JW titles soonish, so my money is on them.
that would be amazing. I am shocked it hasn't been expanded (considering the pedigree of both composer, director and movie itself) and the slightly pathetic hybrid release that came out in 89-90.
