This was on the Discovery Channel last year and now out on DVD and Blu-Ray and. To me it's one of the best things I've ever seen on TV, plus I really liked the music. Anyone know anything about a release or other music by this guy?

I listened to both this past weekend and they're both great.
Speaking of From Earth to the Moon - there are some moments in the score that remind me of Michael Kamen's themes. There are also some moments that remind me of Klaus Badelt's work on The Time Machine. Highly recommend it, I asked MSM if there is a CD release planned on FB, no reply yet. If it does drop on CD it will be one I pick up for sure.
So this is like the documentary version of FROM THE EARTH TO THE MOON?
It's a documentary about human spaceflight. I haven't seen it in ages but it was really good. though it starts off with a downer, that poor Russian pup. Otherwise I recall it being an excellent documentary. The driving main theme reminds me of Transformers.
