Hi everybody,

I came across vol. 1 and 4 of David Arnold and Michael Price scores for SHERLOCK.

May I ask you if they are good albums? Maybe vol. 4 is a bit redudant? I haven't heard them yet.

DA's & MP's Sherlock scores are a bit hit and miss for me.

Series 1: not that great besides "Pursuit"

Series 2&3: much much more interesting imo. "A Scandal In Belgravia", "The Empty Hearse" & "His Last Vow" in particular are great scores.

"The Abominable Bride" has 5 minutes of cool stuff and 22 minutes of boring droning.

Series 4: the longest release of them all and is way too long to be a pleasant listen. "The Final Problem" is the best score out of the three, bringing back some of the lovely string passages from "His Last Vow".
