There was an album released when the film came out in 1982 by yours truely, Varese Sarabande. It's an interesting score and much better than his usual work on the Friday the 13th films. I wouldn't be surprised if this one gets issued as part of Varese's Club releases in the near future or another label will pick it up and expand it even further. I need to watch this movie again it's been a while. I enjoyed it emmensly when i was growing up.

If Manfredini's Swamp Thing score is released before any of his Friday the 13th scores I will curl up in a corner, weep openly, and wither away into nerd dust.

Redokt, you know that Don Peake did some limited, private CD 'thing' of the original Hills Have Eyes score recently - it's fascinating stuff! This title just angers me lately (SWAMP) - I had rented the mistakenly uncut DVD back at the dawn of the format, the version with the nudity that was later cut out to secure a PG rating. Last year, I thought I had found a copy of the uncut version (it has the same packaging and year!), but alas, the nudity is gone I won't even check ebay to see how much that rare R rated version goes for..... Yeah. Similar story for me. It's my hope that if this ever sees a Blu-ray release that it's the uncut original version. Not because I have a great desire for the nudity itself (though it's nice); for me it's having the original theatrical cut of a film.

She'll be at the first and last and only horror convention that Jamie Lee Curtis is attending in November in Indianapolis, which I have tickets for. I've met her before, lovely lady by the way.
