Just came across MASTERS OF SCIENCE FICTION. Looks like an anthology series from 00s that ran on premium cable. Looking forward to watching this! Title by Ed Shearmur

You and your anthology shows! But thanks, I'm adding it to the list. I hope it's better than MASTERS OF HORROR, which was so underwhelming, I jumped ship. Hey, it's hosted by STEPHEN HAWKING ( big deal)!

What do you mean? Isn't this based on the DC Comics thing? I never cared much for the Zack Snyder movie, even though I'm a fan of his in general. Yes, it uses the Watchmen comic as a springboard, but it's far removed from the comic, though uses a couple of the characters in interesting ways. They also reference the giant squid creature in the comic, as opposed to the film ending of the nuke, i think it was. The story features some masked characters but they are cops, and they set up the reasons why for that. Dr Manhattan is the only super-powered individual and he's a presence, rather than a character. And stylistically it is nothing like Snyder. My friend, who had never seen Watchmen, still enjoyed it very much. But i'm sure you benefit from having seen the film or read the comic. It has some good actors in it, too.
