The 2CD limited edition is a bit pricey ($40) but due to the fact that Mark Isham will sign it, I know at least one person in the board who's gonna buy it LOL! of course if he already got THE MECHANIC signed he won't need this release...

With the previous track-record for Isham and Robert Redford, with River Runs Through it, Quiz Show and the Legend of Bagger Vance, I had high expectations for this score, as I (opposite to Thor) like Isham's symphonic and jazzy works better than the electronic. And, as stated above, the score is excellent. Also, nice to hear Zöe Keating contribute. I have been a fan of her cello since I first heard her in Rasputina, years ago. Isham had nothing to do with THE LEGEND OF BAGGER VANCE. That film was scored by Rachel Portman. James Ahh.. I knew that. My bad.. Thanks James. Another favorite composer of mine, Mrs. Portman, though.
