This pulse-pounding score features a full orchestra incorporating Asian instruments, including a gamelan ensemble. The score was recorded entirely with live musicians at the famed Warner Bros. Eastwood Scoring Stage in Los Angeles and Skywalker Studios in Northern California. The music is among the most adaptive and dynamic game scores ever made, pushing the boundaries of what music can do in a video game. I won't believe this is real until I have it in my shaking hands... and even then I'll be pinching myself. For some it's STAR TREK, for some it's BUFFY, for some it's LOST, but for me, THE X-FILES was the first show I was a serious geek about, and this set really is a dream come true. I just hope Vol. 2 doesn't get delayed multiple times... Quickly: Don't you mean 5 hours of music? 6 hours would necessitate a 5th disc, right? (Which I'm fine with...)
