Lukas confirmed this as a rather exceptional case a few weeks ago. I think he suggested that it is unlikely that this will happen with other FSM releases.
I'm leery of buying FSM on iTunes or anywhere similar due to the situation a couple months ago. I hope if FSM music becomes available for download legitimately that it'll be announced here...

We posted this a while back too on SAE's news, though we only specified iTunes.

I didn't realize iTunes was in the business of offering bootlegs for sale.

It's not, but they can't be privy to finding out if evetry single company is telling the truth that they have the rights to release something. It's no different than Tsunami discs at HMV or whatever else people have mention in the past.
BJBien, in one of the threads about the box set I asked that exact question. The consensus favorites were disc 2 and disc 9, followed by discs 11 and 12.
Also, eMusic's price is 5.99 per disc. But their bitrate is 220-256 VBR MP3, a slight bit below Amazon's 256 CBR MP3 (and well below iTunes 256 M4A if you believe M4A is inherently better sounding than MP3). And you have to become an eMusic member, which means you commit to spending a certain amount per month there (my membership is $20/month). Their selection is getting better for film scores all the time, but they're REALLY great for classical.
