I have never personally heard it, so I can't say for sure. But here's the tracklist:

I have had the opportunity once to hear this version and it is in all ways an improvement over the shorter album presentation. I haven't heard it since, but am really hoping one day that there will be a release of this edition of the score as I find the album presentation to have "bleeding chunks" while this version flowed beautifully from beginning to end.

With Intrada's new relationship with Disney, we can hope for many expanded releases - at least I do!
A cool addition to a re-release of this score would be Chris Tilton's work on "The Incredibles: Rise Of The Underminer" videogame. He's done a great job adapting and expand on Giacchino's original themes.
I find the C&C promo to be a much better listening experience than the OST. It's like the music has more variety, there's all kinds of different flavors and colors presented, with a nice ebb and flow. Whereas the OST is more a bunch of similar material one after another.
