I possibly would buy WHERE ANGELS GO, TROUBLE FOLLOWS the Sequel to THE TROUBLE WITH ANGELS.

BUS TRIP and CARNIVAL music reminiscent of his ROLLERCOASTER score:

Out of what you haven't listed, I would recommend "Joe Kidd," though it sounds a bit more like Francis Lai than Schifrin (but I believe you're a fan of Francis Lai, so it's a win-win).

And there's also "Caveman," which has been mentioned and I think you might really enjoy that. Here is a sample:

Hello Rooftops -- I trekked out to the bunker and can confirm I have an extra copy of the Quartet (QRSCE027) 2-CD release of "What's New Pussycat?" / "Pussycat I Love You," still new and sealed. The price would be the same as what I paid for it new, back in 2011; no crazy markup like I'm seeing on eBay and other sites. If you're still interested, you'll need to let me know how to contact you. Thanks!

You’re right Bill, when I hear from purple I’ll
kill it faster than Arthur Bishop.
Looking forward to the day when the Space war talk on
FSM is replaced by all-day Eagles/Wild bunch/Dozen chat!

Hopefully it will gain enough momentum to
take it to the nether regions. Until then, let
us all return to, say, Budd’s “Fear is the key”
or something.
Sorry to all for thread theft, back on topic:
Murderers row & St Ives please!

For 20th/Fox, Lalo did the 1966 Way... Way Out.

How did I miss this?!?

Maybe because this is Way... Way Outta print.

Why doesn't OnyaB do a thread such as this one on other composers, like Riz Ortolani or Michel Magne?

What prevents Zardoz from starting such threads?

Some gaps are more noticeable than others.

I can tell you the Michel Magne that YOU need: "Tropical Fantasy," his masterpiece.

We can discuss further in today's Cheers chat at 3pm EST. You will be there, right?

Onya, I happen to have bought Magne's non soundtrack TROPICAL FANTASY a couple of months ago and it's also a favourite album of mine, typically in the exotica vein of Les Baxter, Martin Denny, Arthur Lyman, etc. The LP has been transferred recently by a label called RDM and proposed both in mono and stereo versions on one CD but for those who would be interested, beware 'cause this company is known to issue CD-r. Since they are selling their goodies at half price, I also took a double CD of Magne rarities (from the 50's and early 60's) as well as a double CD of Garvarentz stuff from the 60's. It was worth it.
Sorry for not creating a thread dedicated to Magne either but there clearly wouldn't be enough interest for it.

Can you provide a link? I am in the US, and release that you mentioned is not showing up in Amazon searches. Many thanks!

No, this label is indeed not available through the usual channels. Here it is :

Regarding Magne, Universal also released three scores digitally this month:

Enjoy.
