There's an older thread back during the debacle on "King Kong" where it's stated that while it looks like Shore conducting in the film, that it was not. Confirmation? Isn't that an animated version of Marc Shaiman in "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut", playuing hte piano on stage, breifly smiling at us, opening up Big Gay Al's song? Christophe Beck makes an cameo once or twice in the television series "Buffy the Vampie Slayer". There is, pending awaiting of Thor, an old FSM thread full of examples missing from the blog.

Miklos Rozsa: "I should like to place on record that KNIGHT WITHOUT ARMOUR was not only the first film I scored, it was also the first one in which I actually appeared. There was one scene involving a group of Russian soldiers singing lustily to a piano in an inn, and I was hurriedly pushed in front of the cameras and directed to play the piano!" Rozsa also appeared in THE PRIVATE LIFE OF SHERLOCK HOLMES forty years later, conducting a performance of Swan Lake.
