Excellent. The nicest Brie I know of is the mild & creamy one from Marks & Sparks, they do a slightly stronger one, but the m&c goes down lovely.

Aldi do a nice line of soft creamy mini roule, going beyond the garlic and herb flavour, with ones like pineapple and almond and my current fave, tomato and basil.
I'm currently eating the latter, on wheatgrain crackers, with some mango chutney and a nice glass of tawny port.
I really do feel like the bees whiskers, or the cats knees wink

When I visited England I visited a cheese shop. It advertised itself as having dozens of cheeses.
After unsuccessfully requesting nearly two dozen types
the proprietor informed me that they were out of cheese ( except for one type that was "runny").
That is correct. Cheese shop that had not a single slice of cheese in their inventory.
So, I shot and killed him.

Mr. Wensleydale's? If it's in stock, his Venezuelan beaver is superb.

Jerry's revenge!

Papillon Roquefort!

Now, I ask you: Did John Barry ever write music for Papillon? Did Morricone or Shostakovich?

No - I don’t associate either of those two particular composers with cheese. But thanks for the set up smile
