when i first hear the music in the movie ,i directly ordered the LP from Up Art
when Silva Sreen did the expanded score, a dream came true
but there is still a lot of music missing on the soundtrack, like the track between the fearies and the riddle, hall of collums, fry pan fight and an alternate of fearie dance
Jerrry Goldsmith combined the orchestra and electronics perfect.
so i hope for an complete score

I think there's about 5 minutes missing from Silva's expanded soundtrack, but that's just my estimate. No idea how many alternates might exist, but...

There's an alternate take of the beginning of "The Unicorns" on the original Up-Art cd and lp.

In any case, if Mike Ross-Trevor still has his copy of the two-track master another expansion could be possible.

The opening of Legend by Jerry Goldsmith contains the atmosphere of the forrest ,the birds the animal live, and when the goblin comes in Jerry Goldsmith gives us an electronic sound of
goblins

I don't know about "timeless." I love the hell out of this score, but every note of it screams "the 80s" to me.

No,you just get used to the Hans Zimmer sound
not that it is to bad,but it,s not timeless,
Jerry Goldsmth's LEGEND is TIMELESS

No, no, no, Jerry Goldsmith's score to TIMELINE (not TIMELESS) was rejected.

Ha, ha, had to do it. LEGEND is still one of favorite Goldsmith scores. I used to own the LEGEND CD and DVD with the Tangerine Dream score, but they have been replaced with the Goldsmith version as soon as they were made available.

Jerry Goldsmith's Timeline is a better score then Brian Tyler,s
but Brian tyler is almost the best composer of this time!
together with the great john Debney and James Newton Howard
Jerry Goldsmith greated orchestra with electronics
this time it,s electronics with electronic orchestra.
