If you are going by Howard's in the film, most of his score was tossed qnd not used and barely any of it is in the film and only around the end (so you're likely thinking of music by other composers, original and tracked). Intrada's release showed all that he had done.
To be honest I bought it but have never played it. Heat is much more of a memorable score. JN Howard’s music is pure atmosphere and nothing more. Goldenthal’s is a character in Heat.
