I have to say, for all the stick Phil gets, some of his songs are really excellent. I'm going with "Against All Odds". At the risk of repeating myself, it's almost the perfect pop song. It has dynamics, drama, great production and arrangement and an actual conclusion (rather than a lame-ass fadeout... I hate those).

My favorite Phil track is one that he doesn't even sing on. It's "The West Side" from his 1982 album Hello, I Must Be Going. I could listen to this track on repeat all day.
After that I love "That's All" which Phil sang with Genesis.
Some of his songs I never get tired of hearing.
Then there's quite a few I'm really sick to death of.
When "Against All Odds" came out in 1984 it was pretty well played to death on the radio. Great song but I couldn't get it out of my head. Enough years have gone by now that I can finally listen to it right now and not reach for the radio dial. No doubt, it's one of his all time best songs.

I give Phil a LOT of credit for still trying to get out there. One of the things on my mind was the thought that singing from a chair might change his singing style. He would probably pitch down some songs if he's lost some of his range, too.
Against All Odds is a favorite, but it's hard to choose just one.
I saw Phil in concert on his But Seriously tour in 1990 I think it was. And he sure put on a joyous and memorable show!
And maybe old news, but this reaction video went viral last year and resulted in "In The Air Tonight" popping into the charts again - number 2 on the iTunes charts.
His Genesis songs are great too. I'd love to see him in concert, the nearest show to me is Detroit.
The last rock concert I went to was seeing him with Genesis at the Hartford Arena in Connecticut. Obstructed view seating but could still see the stage. They put out a good concert. I think I have it on CD somewhere
