I never really cared much for JACK OF ALL TRADES, though I did like the chemisty between Campbell and Angela Dotchin, and Verne Troyer as Napoleon was truely inspired casting. big grin

If you haven't, check out a great little independent movie called RUNNING TIME with Campbell. It's great, and gives him a chance to handle something serious. The made-for-TV movie IN THE LINE OF DUTY: BLAZE OF GLORY is also really good.

I agree, we need a really good BRISCO CD. I have a CD featuring about 11 minutes of material from Stephen Graziano that he sent to me, and it leaves my mouth watering for more everytime I listen to it. I know it'll never happen, but I'd like a CD with Randy Edelman's pilot episode score, a second CD with Graziano score, and a third CD with Ray Bunch score.

And I'm sure we'll never seen one...let alone three. frown

It's a joy to find a woman of certain means, as Jane Austin would put it, so in love with film music as us Alpha males. You can teach us a thing or two about the state of film music in Russia and Ukraine.

Peace and love to you and your family.

Sadly, James, Russian film music is very sparse these days. Many of the great masters who are still alive and who composed film music in the Soviet era, are now composing only classical music. Most modern films in Russia & Ukraine use vocalists, rock groups, and small ethnic bands for background music. frown Also, when one wants to shop in the Motherlands for soundtrack CDs, you can only find American released movie scores. It seems no Russian music producers want to release anything that is not a song compilation album...again frown

How about Polish film music? Do they even have films in poland any more? Come to think of it, have they invented sound yet in the Polish Cinema?

My granddaddy, who migrated here with his family from Warsaw in 1903, told me once that they didn't have any ice in Poland because the scientist who invented it had died. I believed him for the longest time. And then I saw a man called Lech Walesa on TV drinking an iced tea and then I knew, immediately, that my grandaddy was full of sh*t!
