Doug, on the Intrada message boards:

Yes, a terrific flow of releases is now on the table with Disney and us, but please keep in mind those vaults (which include Disney, Touchstone, Hollywood Pictures and so forth) are pretty deep and have literally thousands of rolls of tape to yield. Searches are underway, elements are being restored, legal terms and artist estate requirements are being scrutinized, dozens of projects are being developed as I write... but it will take time to even begin hitting everyone's personal favorites. And we plan on tackling more of our own favorites as well. We have no plans to end with our beloved Goldsmith's, Horner's, Barry's, Steiner's, Zimmer's, Bernstein's, Jarre's, McNeely's and whatnot. Our ongoing list of names ranges from Oliver Wallace to Ron Goodwin, from Paul J. Smith to Bruce Broughton, from George Bruns to Johnny Mandel, from... well, you get the idea. Hang in there.

So there you go - upcoming titles from the following composers

Jerry Goldsmith
James Horner
John Barry
Max Steiner
Hans Zimmer
Elmer Bernstein
Maurice Jarre
Joel McNeely
Oliver Wallace
Ron Goodwin
Paul J Smith
Bruce Broughton

What Disney titles by these composers do YOU hope they are working on?

That means there's a good chance for:

Paul Smith - The Three Lives of Thomasina
George Bruns - Love Bug / Herbie Rides Again
Johnny Mandel - Escape To Witch Mountain
Johnny Mandel - Freaky Friday
Ron Goodwin - One Of Our Dinosaurs Is Missing
Ron Goodwin - Candleshoe

I'd also love to see:

Lalo Schifrin - Return From Witch Mountain
Lalo Schifrin - Cat From Outer Space
Robert F. Brunner - Lt. Robin Crusoe, U.S.N
Robert F. Brunner - Castaway Cowboy
William Alwyn - Swiss Family Robinson
William Alwyn - In Search Of The Castaways
Buddy Baker - Treasure Of The Matecumbe

Jerry Goldsmith - Mulan!

I'm disappointed Intrada won't be working on anything by who's-it, but I'm happy for those who are fans of whatnot.

Someone needs to teach Doug the difference between plurals and possessives.

Or is that plural's and possessive's?

Misuse of apostrophes annoys me too.

Mis-use of apostrophes annoys me too.

Punctuation has it's difficulties.

Great news!

I'll take anything from any of them.

But, most of all, from Paul J. Smith, perhaps the most underrated film composer of all.

Wrote some amazing scores.

Yes, Paul Smith's True-Life Adventure scores are quite amazing:

I believe the comment, "We have no plans to end with our beloved Goldsmith's, Horner's, Barry's, Steiner's, Zimmer's, Bernstein's, Jarre's, McNeely's and whatnot" is referring to their past Disney releases.

I know of no other John Barry releases via Disney and it's other companies that Intrada would be able to do.

I've been waiting since 1991 for Thomas Newman's exquisite score to Deceived (Touchstone Pictures).

Aside from some of the usuals (The Rocketeer, Mulan), I would love George Bruns's (or is that Bruns') Robin Hood and Oliver Wallace's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Both with their respective songs as well.

One of the first movies I really noticed the score from that wasn't Williams or something like Batman was the original The Parant Trap. Later on, I heard Grofe's Grand Canyon Suite and was reminded of that score, so there's clearly something to that score.
That would be a nice Paul J Smith entry...
