DAVID GRUSIN was born on JUNE 26, 1934 in LITTLETON, COLORADO.He scored over 80 features since the 60's, They include THE HEART IS A LONELY HUNTER,WINNING,3 DAYS OF THE CONDOR,THE GOODBYE GIRL, THE CHAMP, ON GOLDEN POND,TOOTSIE,BONFIRE OF THE VANITIES, HOPE FLOATS ETC ETC. He has done some TV shows as well like GIDGET,GIRL FROM UNCLE, GOOD MORNING WORLD ETC, David is still active at the age of 80.

JOHN GREENWOOD was born on JUNE 26, 1889 in KESINGTON, LONDON ,ENGLAND. He composed music for over 40 features in the 30's and 40's.They included ELEPHANT BOY,THE DRUM,PIMPERNAL SMITH,HUNGRY HILL,TRIO,QUARTET ETC.He passed away on APRIL 15,1975 at the age of 85.

BERNARD HERRMANN was born on JUNE 29, 1911 in NEW YORK CITY.He did music for over 60 feature length films from the 40's till the 70's. They included CITIZEN KANE, JANE EYRE, THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL,VERTIGO, 7TH VOYAGE OF SINBAD, NORTH BY NORTHWEST,PSYCHO,CAPE FEAR, FARENHEIT 451,TAXI DRIVER ETC ETC. He has gotten the reputation for being one of the best composers ever to embrace the art of film scoring. He passed away on DECEMBER 24, 1975 at the age of 64.

Well known arraigner for big band music and musicals he scored over 2 dozen features in the 70's and 80's They included LUCKY LADY,URBAN COWBOY,MY FAVORITE YEAR,NATIONAL LAMPOON'S VACATION, THE MUPPETS TAKE MANHATTAN,ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN ETC ETC, Ralph passed away on NOVEMBER 21, 2001 at the age of 79.
