So let me get this straight. I CANNOT buy this from Perserverance if I live in the UK, but I CAN buy a copy from Ebay or SAE or any of the other soundtrack retailers? If so, that's mental, but I'll be happy.
I dont think SAE will be allowed to ship this to european customers when this release is clearly forbidden to be sold to EU customers. SAE will have to respect that.
I guess my only chance for ever buying this will be the secondary market, which kind of... sucks because i live right where this was recorded yet i am officially not allowed to buy it.

I'm with BigMacGyver2000, I don't imagine SAE, Intrada and co will be allowed to sell it to us in Europe if the license forbids it. I guess the best plan will be to email SAE to find out (will do it in a bit), or get a friend in the US to order it and get it delivered to them, and then post it to you.

This happens in the reverse too. For instance, Silva's issue of THE DEBT is not licensed in the U.S. and if I want it, I have to get it from SAE or a retailer in the UK. Otherwise I am stuck with a digital release only.
Lala Land's release of Ifukube's Godzilla was only licensed for sale in the U.S.A. and Canada and I've never heard anyone give them flack for that. Chill folks!

Or just trade/barter with an FSM friend. That might be easier.

Great idea, I'm in for that! Who can get me this release in the US and in exchange I will get you any regularly available European score CD of equivalent pricing? Each of us will have to pay for shipping, so I'd say it's fair. It's really ridiculous that people think in times of the internet they can limit something to certain territories. Hasn't worked with DVDs and does only work with Blu-ray because the region codes haven't been fully cracked (and most major BDs are region free anyway)...
Cool release. On my soundtrack that I made for my 2nd Annual event, David was nice enough to supply us with one track and now we'll get all of them, SUPER cool !!

I live in Europe and I've just asked a US retailer about this situation. His answer: This is a Perseverance problem, not mine. I'll ship your copy as soon as I have it in my catalogue.
That's interesting because on the item page it says shipping in two to three weeks. Well, maybe all US retailers are boycotting Robin because they surely would receive orders from Europe ?
