There are some beautiful full orchestral things there. A Perfect Murder tends not to be a particularly popularJNH score but I like the eerie feel of much of it and the use of female voice,albeit, I think, synthesiized, and percussion on a number of tracks. I hope he returns to some of his marvelous thematic scores. Like Ravi and Kev, I think "The Egg Travels" is one of the finest cues ever composed for a film. I just love it and his other themes so number one for me is: Dinosaur. Sorry to see only DMD and I like or love Dying Young. That score is just plain gorgeous! Two other gorgeous scores are Prince Of Tides and Pretty Woman. I also like his action scores like: Hidalgo, Waterworld, King Kong and The Postman. I have over 100 of his scores so it is very hard to choose only 10. But his Shyamalan scores most definitely have, with The Village being my favorite. Zwar   (Member) Whenever asked about my favorite James Newton Howard scores, my "easy to pick" favorite is almost invariably UNBREAKABLE. As for the other top 9, I'd have to think about it...
