Charles auditioned - and was turned down - for a role in the 1980 film Friday 13th because his acting was considered too over the top.

The role was given to Kevin Bacon.

Charles Thaxton won the bid on eBay for the "Hans Zimmer discarded scoring paper collection" from his last scoring project.

His winning bid was $1.99 and was bought secondhand from a seller who goes by the name RPulliamRox......who, quite frankly, made a huge loss on the item.
