It's industrial and processed food filled with chemicals, man. Eat raw food like a cowboy. I will ask Wishbone to prepare a good stew. "Head'Em up! Move'Em out!"

So it's an industrial plant-based product. Go ahead with a clear conscience, Mark.
I don't mean to be crass, but so what? Plenty of people who eat meat also have eating disorders and plenty of people who eat meat also end up with nutrient deficiencies. You can have a balanced vegan diet just as you can have an unbalanced omnivorous diet.
I mean no offense Jim - glad you still enjoy the occasional poisson in your diet. As for the Van Morrison reference - it went over my head - I now understand it's about No Guru, No Method, No Teacher. Not something on my radar at all, but I did see him perform live in Ottawa back in 2007 for Bluesfest - I recall that it was a slurry vocal performance:
No offense taken, ryan. Your diet may leave a lot to be desired, but you have a great sense of humor.
I saw Van the Man in concert on December 31, 1996. Good show, and Van wasn't as slurry then. I'm not a huge fan of his, but I must confess a growing appreciation for his admittedly inconsistent work.
(Member), you have a good memory! I also had a seafood pasta dish that evening along with the cold smoked salmon starter.

This. Also the suggestion that eating Vegan means you don't get enough protein is also ridiculous and assumes the person eating vegan is not aware of proper nutrition. Most of the protein will come from beans (including soy beans) and other types of grains. It is a different story if we are talking raw vegans but that is a whole other level of dedication.
Potato Chips - really enjoy a good Salt and Vinegar.
From Christie:
Fudgee-Os Oreos Pirate and Maple Leaf Cookies
And if I lived in the USA I'd be eating Keebler's Animal Crackers - apparently it's the same recipe of what McDonald's used to sell as McDonaldland cookies. I loved those things.
While I'm trying to eat less processed food and less meat, I'm primarily trying to cut back on sugar as much as possible. That being said, I do have a desk drawer full of Hershey miniatures right now, so...

Eating veggies is one thing but in the end, you have to eat as direct and raw as possible in order your body understand the signal of the food and how to absorb it. I prefer a man who eat whole food—meat or veggie—and does his cooking as in the old days.
The main issue with industrial food (vegan or conventional) is that it contains processed sugar and processed fat and neutralize your feel of fullness hence over-eating, addiction, and finally morbid obesity. Such artificial food is not understood by the body hence your body store it.

Just kidding about the Doritos.
As I'm a kidney transplant patient (15 years and stronger than ever), I have no choice but to eat healthy stuff or else my stomach and bowels will begin grumbling at me! I try to get in a good mix of fruit, vegetables, and protein - along with unsalted saltine crackers and cereal. (I'm a cold cereal addict for life.)
