How come sometimes you just can't win, Years ago when you bought a good pair of shoes it cost alot for it's time, but , man they lasted a long time. Today you buy a pair of shoes they are much cheaper but they breakdown before you know it?
If God did not like me, I doubt I would be writing this. So many times I squeaked by in close calls.
The answer to the question is... "because Oregon's Dept Of Transportation sucks and they have zero synchonization for traffic signals; something done in Colorado back in the 1970's". So, by that definition... ODOT and God don't seem to like anyone in Oregon since we all sit at red lights.

Why do readers of novels who don't really care about wheather it's a hard cover or collecting books, go out and Spend $20 to $30.00 for a new one when you so often will see the same book maybe weeks or a few months later at a thrift store or salvation army for a buck or 50 cents.
