Why is it when comments are listed on what people think about a product. be it a book, movie or song there is nearly always someone who complains about a few people who voted thumbs down on the product.GEE WHIZ folks everybody in this world has the right not to like something. TO EACH ONE'S OWN.To add to the fuel of stupidity, they have to make rude remarks against the people like- 5 people must be deaf or 4 people must be sick in the head. very annoying. What are some of the things that annoy you about the internet?

Spoilers.

One of the great tragedies of this internet age is that you can't be surprised by fucking anything nowadays.

Big plot twist? Posted months in advance.

Super secret cameo? Sure, we'll tell you who it is.

It's a real pain in the ass.

That's why I strenuously avoid watching movie trailers. But often times, spoilers get shouted out in THREAD TITLES, which are kind of impossible to ignore even if you don't click on the actual thread. Magazines do this, too...I've never watched Game Of Thrones, but I already know which major characters have died so far because magazines like Entertainment Weekly will show a photo of the actor in question, and then put a little "spoiler" box BELOW the GIANT PHOTO, which doesn't do a lick of good. mad It's like they assume if you're not watching each episode as they air, you're shit out of luck.

I also hate the group mentality that blows opinions of certain films WILDLY out of realistic proportions. Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3 was a flawed film, filled with awkward subplots and too many supporting characters and villains, and yet it's THE WORST SUPERHERO MOVIE OF ALL TIME according to everyone on the internet, which is absurd. It's a flawed film, but far from horrible, and yet try to voice that opinion on any message board, and you'll literally get CRUCIFIED for it.

In no particular order; spoilers, spam, misinformation, disinformation, cat and dog videos.

What are you talking about???

Spider-Man 3 was THE WORST Superhero movie of ALL TIME

Even worse than:

Meteor Man
Steel
Batman and Robin
Superman III
Superman IV
Superman Returns
Supergirl
Daredevil
Catwoman
Ghost Rider
and others I can't think of right now.

That's my opinion and I'm stating it as fact because this is the internet and I'm anonymous and I can say what I like!!

One of the worst things about the internet - but also one of the best - is the opportunity for hyperbole. Get somebody worked up about something and all sorts of hilarity can ensue.

You said it. THE BEST AND THE WORST, I love the computer and much what it brought forth but also with it has come some negative things. I guess that is what life is all about. You can handle anything in a good manner or you can handle anything in a bad manner. If you handle it with goodness you are alive. if you handle it with bad intentions you are walking around but you are dead inside. Somebody said that in a movie. I wonder who it was?

But let's be humble, somewhere down the line we all make that mistake. I agree though it is annoying.

Dead as a beaver hat - if that's clue.

People passing off their opinion as fact, sometimes doggedly attacking those with a different opinion as "wrong".

Opinions somehow becoming concrete scientific facts.

People not using words to communicate anymore in comment sections. I like memes/gifs and get a good laugh out of them as much as the next guy, but just use complete sentences sometimes. It's not that hard

Most annoying thing about the internet?

That it exist. Everything was so much easier prior to 1995.

Hell yes...

People were happier with less before the internet came.
