I'd be real obliged if someone more knowledgeable than me can identify the melodic piece
starting about 3:20 and goes on for about 6 min. Would that be a Delerue composition? Sandwiched between that one are selections from Mr. Barrys' 'Elizabeth in London' tv soundtrack. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

From the documentary series "Tours du Monde, Tours du Ciel" - not 'tous' as incorrectly states the title card - by Robert Pansard-Besson (1990).
