Anyone recognize this Main Title composed by a very famous composer?

This is from a Television production and I personally have never heard it or heard of it till finding it today.

Definitely Elmer Bernstein. No idea what it's from - the opening sounds like it wound up as the opening fanfare of SATURN 3, and there's little motifs that are very familiar in most of Bernstein's score. Got to be late 70's, though.
Any idea what the program is?

I was thinking that the music wasn't very situation-specific for the topic, until I saw it's a series with different settings.

It's Elmer, so you can forgive the 'Mission Impossible' lapses at 35 seconds on.
