It’s what many of you have been waiting for; the landing of Space: 1999: The Complete Second Series. The extra special Blu-ray edition, plus DVD, are both available to pre-buy exclusively from networkonair right now.
Created by the legendary producer Gerry Anderson, this key British sci-fi series has not been accessible in any format for more than a decade, so we’re pleased to announce this High Definition restoration will be out 28 September 2015.
The strictly limited edition Blu-ray, featuring exclusive packaging and artwork, is offered on a first-come, first-served basis available ONLY with the Blu-ray edition, and ONLY when you pre-buy from network. No other retailers will be carrying this edition. When stocks sell out, the Blu-ray will revert to standard packaging… so to get yours, act now.

But what about the tracks missing Wadsworth's synth overlays, such as the episode title music for The Metamorph? I'm curious how that will work.
And just how long it'll take for the US to get this release....

If they sell those, doesn't that defeat the purpose of regions in the first place?
Or does the all-region player include a licensing fee in its purchase price that goes to the film studios?

Man, almost 2 years since you wrote this and I don't think anyone has made a move to release it in the states. Thankfully, I have a region hacked BD player and can watch it. But jeez. I'm one of those people who loves the second year as much as the first, just on a different level.

I just looked at Amazon and not only is it Region B, it's currently $150. For one season of the show. Jesus.
