Thanks for your nice words, David. I am glad to hear that you are still enjoying all of our CDs. Of course, we will continue with the Lavagnino series on Alhambra and I am just working now on the next title which will probably be available in February/March 2016.
The reason for Beat's sparse output over the past couple of months is because Daniele DeGemini was in North America managing the Frizzi2Fulci concert tour, so not to worry, friends. The floodgates are about to reopen.
I apologize for obstructing this thread on Alhambra's Lavagnino album with info on other things, but, since Armando Trovajoli was connected to La Grande Olimpiade, folks who are interested in '60/'61 Lavagnino will likely be also interested to learn about this forthcoming CD from Beat Records on Trovajoli's '61/'62 score for I pianeti contro di noi (probably recorded in 1961 but the film was not released until 1962).
There hasn't been much Italian sci-fi music from the 1960s on soundtrack albums, so this imminent Trovajoli genre item promises to be a good companion to RCA's disc of 4 Lavagnino SFs.
