Given that as I write this TCM is doing an all-day tribute, I gotta say that I prefer Garner's Earp to Fonda's, though I believe Garner would not have agreed. But this movie is far superior to the one Garner did, though I very much like the one Garner did.

I watched Kasdan's 'Wyatt Earp' recently, and I quite enjoyed Kevin Costner's take on the role. The film is not nearly as good as this one though.

Kurt Russell's Wyatt Earp in TOMBSTONE was good too, though sometimes a little over-the-top.
