I suppose there may be more than one that fit my criteria, but The Lego Movie certainly wasn't what I had in mind smile

If Lord Castlemouldy will allow.....

Two composers, not working together, at all*

Two directors of photography, ditto

Two directors, working together (but one of them not doing the job you're thinking)**

It starred another Batman villain, and a movie actress who knows a dirty bathroom when she sees it.

*One of the composers was a sheep, Son of my Father
**One of the directors might be considered Italian/Polish

Well, DiB, in the absence of any other guesses, I'm going to say Chinatown...

No longer Friday, but what the Donald...

This one enjoys:

A sad stringed Captain
An icon's sister
A Bond ally as chief villain
No fewer than two musicians acting not as musicians
An extraordinary gentleman.

No longer Friday, but what the Donald...

This one enjoys:

An apparently sad, stringed Captain
An icon's sister
A Bond ally as chief villain
No fewer than two musicians acting not as musicians
An extraordinary gentleman.

An extra hint or two provided, given that this one seems so difficult smile

Bump, and I'll add a hint for a couple of the locations, canals and slots...

Can-Can 1960? Probably not, I don't know where the canals come in, but you can see who I'm thinking of as the icons sister.

Diamonds are Forever? I can make most of them fit, but not the 'sad stringed Captain'
