My copy was delivered earlier this week. Some say Moore was miscast, but he does fine IMO. Great supporting cast too. I always liked this film.
I think anyone who has the DVD will find the upgrade worthwhile. Nothing really to speak of in terms of extras apart from a trailer and also the ability to play the film with the FFOLKES title rather than NORTH SEA HIJACK.
Great score by Michael J Lewis. I know he put it out on a promo years back, but I'm surprised a label hasn't issued the score 'properly'...
It inspired me to start re-reading Jack Davies' original novel, which is also excellent and generally the film is very close the the book, which spends much more time fleshing out the characters. Worth a read if you can find it second hand. I don't think it's difficult to locate.
Kino Lorber have dated and detailed two upcoming Blu-ray releases: Gary Sherman's Wanted Dead or Alive and Andrew V. McLaglen's ffolkes (1980).
