Vocalion has released a CD of the Nelson Riddle music from the television series "The Rogues".

The show starred David Niven, Charles Boyer, and Gig Young as a related trio of former con men who could, for the right price, be persuaded to trick a very wealthy and heinously unscrupulous mark. Niven and Boyer were two of the owners of Four Star Television, the show’s production company. Although sometimes appearing together, the three leads tended to rotate appearances as their schedules permitted, which meant that Young helmed more shows since he was otherwise less busy than Niven, who was still enjoying a career as a major movie leading man and had won the Academy Award for Best Actor only six years earlier, or Boyer. Later in the show's run, Larry Hagman was brought aboard to help fill in for Young, who had been the lead in most episodes.

NBC premiered the show on 13 September 1964 on Sunday night at 10 PM. The hour-long show went up against the established competition of "Candid Camera" and "What's My Line" on CBS and the new "ABC Sunday Night Movie" which was just beginning its 34-year-long run. Although "The Rogues" won the 1964 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series, the show was cancelled after one season consisting of thirty episodes.

Joseph Mullendore did some of the music for the series, but only Nelson Riddle's music appeared on the 1964 RCA LP. Here's the main theme from the series:
